You'll need the following information to complete this form...
- Your Order Number.
- The Product ID of the item(s) you are returning.
- If you want to exchange the item for another then you'll need the Product ID of both items.
Returns T's & C's
- Return goods for exchange/refund within 30 days of receipt (Christmas 2020: Product purchased after 20th October 2020 may be exchanged/refunded up until end January 2021) - you must complete a Returns Form.
- You are responsible for returning the item back to us - we suggest you use just follow the instructions above to get the best returns service. There is no need to contact us before sending an item back unless the error is on our behalf.
- If by chance that you are sent an incorrect item/parcel and the fault is on our behalf and you need to return your parcel, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a free shipping label were possible. If we cannot provide a free returns label we will need you to send it back using a standard post tracked service and provide us with a receipt of shipping so we can refund you this fee. PLEASE NOTE: we will only provide a shipping refund for a standard tracked post service and a more expensive courier fee cannot be refunded.
- Additional postage charges for reshipping an exchange may apply. Our Customer Services team will require your prior approval before applying this charge
- Please do not attach postage labels or tape directly onto retail packaging/boxes – we cannot process your return unless the goods/packaging are in their original condition
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached
- Personalised or bespoke items including ALL Club Shop garments CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund,items that have had hygiene strips removed, nor gumshields that have had the packaging opened.
- Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the goods. Please note shipping is excluded. We aim to complete all refunds within 5 days of receipt. Please note that credit and debit card refunds can take some time to appear in your account - this depends on your banks policy and is out of our control.
We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with the guidance above.
