Gloves - Measure the circumference of your flat hand just under the knuckles (not including your thumb). Harbinger gloves are generally snug-fitting. The real leather is designed to stretch over the life of the glove. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend you select the larger of the two sizes. If you prefer a looser fitting glove, buy one size larger than you typically wear.
Belts - When purchasing a new strength training belt, it is important to measure yourself correctly. Do not use your pant size to determine the size of your belt. Use a tape measure around your waist, between your hips and ribs. Circle around the waist so you start and stop on the belly button. Harbinger training belts are designed to be worn tight around one's waist. The more secure the belt, the more support and stabilization it provides. If you prefer a looser fit, buy one size larger.
