4Return the item and reclaim your return costs from PayPal

Return the item(s) to us and reclaim your return postage costs directly from PayPal.

You must have completed the free activation and paid for the item(s) using PayPal.

4Take your parcel to your local Post Office (FREE)

Royal Mail Returns is a free and easy way to return parcels delivered to addresses in the UK back to The GAA Store. There are over 11,000 Post Offices nationwide offering this service.

Step 1: Go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1346.
Step 2: Follow the on screen instructions to print off your label and find your nearest Post Office.
Step 3: Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office - you will receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

4FREE Returns via DPD Ireland's 600 parcel shops

Simply follow these steps...

Step 1: Click here to create your returns label.
Step 2: Select TheGAAStore.com from the dropdown. Enter your reference number and select your reason for return.
Step 3: Select your parcel's size (dimensions and weight shown).
Step 4: Enter your contact details.
Step 5: Click "Generate Label" to download your label. You will also receive an email with the label and further instructions.
Step 6: Print off label and bring parcel to your nearest Pickup Point.

 

4Return the item using Collect+ (UK mainland only) - £4.75

Simply follow these steps...

Step 1: Find your most convenient Collect+ location.
Step 2: Create your personal Collect+ label.
Step 3: Enter your order number, email address and name, then print off your label.
Step 4: Attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are removed or covered.
Step 5: Take your parcel to a local store offering Collect Plus services, where you will receive proof of postage, insurance and a code to track your return online.

4Post the item back to The GAA Store (Return costs not refunded)

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error (eg damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc) we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs.

Returns T's & C's

  1. Return goods for exchange/refund within 30 days of receipt - you must complete a Returns Form
  2. You are responsible for returning the item back to us - we suggest you use just follow the instructions above to get the best returns service. There is no need to contact us before sending an item back
  3. Additional postage charges for reshipping an exchange may apply. Our Customer Services team will require your prior approval before applying this charge
  4. Please do not attach postage labels or tape directly onto retail packaging/boxes – we cannot process your return unless the goods/packaging are in their original condition
  5. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached
  6. Personalised or bespoke items including ALL Club Shop garments CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund, nor can items that have had hygiene strips removed
  7. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the goods. We aim to complete all refunds within 5 days of receipt. Please note that credit and debit card refunds can take some time to appear in your account - this depends on your banks policy and is out of our control

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with the guidance above.
