We want to make returns as easy as possible for you at TheGAAStore. We will accept products (except embroidered or printed bespoke garments) back for exchange or a full refund as long as they are with their original packaging, with the manufacturers labels attached and the product itself is unused or unworn. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs. If you are returning an item for exchange to another item/size, you will have to pay the cost of re-shipping the goods to you. A member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to confirm this charge first. You will NEVER be charged for re-shipping goods without your prior approval.
The item should arrive with us not more than 30 days after it was delivered to you – remember it can take 7/10 working days for a return to arrive back with us, depending on what postage service you use. (Exceptions can be arranged for Christmas Presents)
Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know.

Returning An Item
To return an item, please include a completed Returns Form (Download Below) with the goods. Please ship the item to the following address:

If you find a fault has occurred with a product please return the item in a clean and dry condition.
Make sure you include a covering note with your name/address/contact telephone no. or email address, clearly explaining the reason for return along with the outcome you would like (Replacement,Exchange or Refund). We endeavour to deal with returns within 3 - 5 working days, however this may extend at busy times of the year. Most importantly we suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us (check which is appropriate with carrier). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
If you require an exchange, our Returns Centre will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details of the replacement item required along with your Order ID Number and contact details.
We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
