Typographical Errors
In the event that a theGAAstore.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, theGAAstore.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. theGAAstore.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, theGAAstore.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Returns Policy
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns form. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed. Please ship the item to the following address:

Please note. For your protection thegaastore.com recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. If you require an exchange our returns centre will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the replacement item required along with your Order ID Number and contact details on our returns form which can be downloaded by clicking this link. Returns Form. Defective Items:
If the item is defective, all UK customers please contact Customer Services.
Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. thegaastore.com will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
1. Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.
2. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
3. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by theGAAstore.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
